COVID-19 UPDATE:

If there is a Lockdown, we will not be allowing clients into the building and our door will remain locked. PLEASE CALL US FROM YOUR CAR ONCE YOU ARRIVE, and keep your charged cell phone with you.

Here’s what to expect when you come to the clinic:
*Please read this all the way to the bottom.

1. FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY IF YOU ARE COMING WITHIN 6 FT OF THE CLINIC ENTRANCE AND DURING HANDOFF OF YOUR PET FOR CURBSIDE APPOINTMENTS.

2. Food sales and medication pick-ups will be done curb-side ONLY.  You can phone in a credit card number or email an e-transfer, then call us from the parking lot so that we can deliver the item to your car.

3. IF YOU ARE HERE FOR AN APPOINTMENT, CALL US FROM YOUR CAR WHEN YOU ARRIVE.  The receptionist will instruct you through the admission process.  You will then wait in your car for the duration of the appointment and we will call you once we are finished. For this reason, please bring a FULLY CHARGED CELL PHONE.
Note: We will be processing contactless payments over the phone with a credit card or by e-transfer.

***Your dog MUST be on leash (NO retractable leashes please!) and your cat MUST be in a carrier (we have loaners) for us to be able to maintain Physical Distancing.

4. In addition to our already stringent disinfection practices, we have also implemented extra hygiene and safety measures, to keep you and our staff as healthy as possible. We are disinfecting doors, point of sale terminals, furniture, etc between each appointment. We are washing our hands and using hand sanitizer between each patient, and we are asking clients to do the same before and after their appointment. Appointments and payments will be conducted over the phone.

7.We will ask you to let us know if you are sick with respiratory signs or have had contact with someone known to be infected with the COVID-19 virus.  We will figure out a plan to provide veterinary care for your pet in that case, as extra precautions will have to be taken to protect everyone involved.
