Appointments
Consultations are by appointment only. This is done to minimize waiting, as we realize your time is valuable. We make every effort to keep on time, but occasionally long procedures or emergencies may cause delay.
You may choose an afternoon/evening appointment on Monday to Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Fridays 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., or a morning appointment on Monday or Friday. We also have appointments on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
If you wish to consult with a specific doctor, please advise the receptionist when making your appointment and we will attempt to accommodate your wishes.
On your first visit, please arrive ten or fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time, as you will be asked to complete an information sheet about you and your pet. Please bring any medical history and vaccination certificates you have from your previous veterinarian. For the safety of all our patients and clients, please use a leash or suitable carrier for your pet when visiting the hospital.
